Contact RoofTally

One address for everything: hello@rooftally.xyz. We reply within two working days.

What to write to us about

• A figure that looks wrong. Send the page address, the figure and what you expected. If a data sheet or a bundle wrapper says something different, a photo or a link helps us check it quickly. How corrections work: how we check.
• A source that has changed. Manufacturers update their data sheets and cost guides publish new years; tell us and we re-read it.
• A product that is missing. A shingle, an underlayment or a UK tile you would like in the shingle or tile calculator. Name the product; we add it once we can read its coverage from the maker's own data sheet.
• A Pro purchase. Access on a new device, a cancellation or a refund: include the email you used at checkout.

What we cannot help with

We cannot quote for a roof, recommend a roofer, judge a roof from a photo or say whether a structure is safe. For those, ask a licensed roofer or a structural engineer where you live.
